How are headhunters paid?

Headhunters charge companies and / or contractors either a flat fee or a percentage of a successful candidate’s salary for a specific job placement.

Does it cost money to join Connect2Creatives?

No. Our service is free! We only charge companies or contractors when we successfully place a candidate for a position or for a specific requested connection.

Do headhunters guarantee placements?

No. There is no guarantee a headhunter will fill every position for every company or contractor. We do our very best to find the best quality matches and only provide our clients with candidates we feel is a right fit.

What types of positions do you fill?

We fill all different types of positions from 3rd party contractors to entry level, managerial and high level executives within the creative arts industries.

Do headhunters help in writing resumes?
